HOW TO START WALKING:
First how to start walking morning walk either evening walk, early morning walking is more effective then evening walk. Morning walk make your total day very fresh and energetic, activeness. Evening walk get sleep well in night without any tensions relaxed mind more effective sleep. Both were for very useful for our health. Wake up at early morning before 6.00 a.m, and finish daily routines.
Dress: It should be comfortable, T-shirt, short, what ever your legs and hands should be free.
Shoes: Walking shoes or Running shoes should be wear,would not effect your knees joints.
Place: Place you select it will decide health, greenery places like Public parks, Parks, Hills, where ever trees is there. Trees will produce Oxygen and it will consume Carbon Dioxide.
Water: Take water bottle drink between walking.
Choose best place for regular walking Park then start walking with smile and count some numbers count steps it will improve your mind power. Start with slowly for 4 min to 5 minutes then increase your speed for every minute. It will not effect to heart. If you start with quick steps blood pressure not adjust. So Start slowly and then increase your speed. At least 30 minutes non stop walking get more benefits. In between if possible smart run for 100 steps for every 10 minutes. It will give you feel more calories are burning. In between running it slowly decrease your belly fat. By continuous walking for 10 minutes your stomach will adjust and your hands and legs were free then you run 100 steps at least it will quick effect to your stomach belly fat. 30 minutes walking it is for daily walkers who is interested and comfortable timings.If time is not adjust in daily routines then at least walk on week ends Saturday and Sunday.
WEEK END WALKING:
Weekend you have lot of time at evening and morning on Saturday and Sunday. In Weekend 2 hours should take for walking then only it will cover entire week. Same as daily walk 30 minutes you should extend your time to 2 hours. After 30 minutes take some breathing exercise it will boost your nerves and relax will come. Breathing exercise will cover next page. In between you should do some physical exercise like Push ups and Pull ups and sittings.
Long walk in the means I had experience 150 KM walk. I taken 3 days for 150 KM from KADAPA to AHOBILAM for LORD LAKSHMI NARASIMHA SWAMY Darshan in Andhra Pradesh. Daily i covered 50 KM. Then i completed in 3 days. For 3 days i wake up early morning 4.00 A.M. and start walking. Up to 7 A.M continue to walk because early morning SUN HEAT we don’t feel. we can walk continuously 4 hours. 7 A.M take small tiffin like IDlY, DOSA what ever it digest very quickly. While walking heavily taking food we cant feel good for walk. Sleepy and Laziness come. So take GLUCOSE water, Banana and MILK, Fruit Juices it will give quick energy. While walking in your body water and salt will come out. So take COCONUT water and salt Biscuits it will help salt levels not reduced in our Body. After taken Tiffin will take 30 minutes rest. Then from 8 A.M to 10 A.M 2 hours walk continue . Then for every 1 hour walk take at least 30 minutes Gap. Other wise you will tired. On that time after 9 A.M to much hot in summer season i taken one cloth and full water on it covered my head and shoulders i felt very better. Every 1 hour did like this. After noon 1 PM take full meals and take rest up to 5 PM. Body pains Paracetamol tablet it will give some relax and reduce Your heat. After taking full rest 4 hours continue to walk 5 PM to night which is your destination to sleep where you feel comfortable to sleeping Place. Up to 8 PM should walk. Daily did like this i walked 50 KM each day. Actually there Devotees of GOD may doing like this.If any thing happen to their life because prayer of God they go for Temple Through Walking.
So many people come through walking to visit LORD Venkateswara Temple in TIRUMALA. There is no age Limit by walking from miles i have seen so many people are walking 500 KM also. They will cover 30 KM limit each day and take rest. Through this process they will see GOD. They will show their Love of GOD. From Tirupathi to Tirumala hill people take a walk. This also i faced 4 times.
